Liked the subject and also the humanity of the reactions and interactions. Very convincing characters and study of human nature.

I don't know if it's the podcasts fault but the sound balance between the commercials and podcast is terrible. The podcast is very, very quiet and the commercials are loud. It's too disruptive to really listen to the podcast and I had to stop. It seems like it would be pretty good otherwise, so this technical issue is disappointing.
