A Widow's Journey Through Weight Loss Surgery

This one is a hard one for me to write because it is so personal. I promised in my earlier posts that I am going to be very real with you all and I aim to do just that here. This post is not going to be about all the wonderful memories I have of my late husband. I am going to describe abuse on all levels and that may be triggering for some of you. I'm sorry about that, but it's part of my story and needs to be told, especially if it helps someone else.
