RETURNING IN 2023 - We’ve been working hard since our last release to bring some exciting new content in the new year. Checkout the Facebook page, LinkedIn or alternatively send an email to team@altk.com.au to keep up to date with the latest information. I’ve been on a journey of leadership for the last 25 years. I’d like to share with you the challenges I’ve faced, lessons that I’ve learnt, mountains that I’ve climbed and valleys I’ve traversed. Leadership is not a destination, but rather a journey of constant learning, adapting and innovating, of continually “becoming” a better leader. Perhaps my stories can help you fill your toolkit to help you on your own leadership journey.Copyright 2020 All rights reserved. Desarrollo Personal Éxito Personal

As leaders, demonstrating that we are people who keep going when the going gets tough is of vital importance and being able to encourage others to do the same is essential.

  • A Leader's Toolkit - Episode 2 - Be Worth More Than You Are Paid
    Apr 27 2020

I once heard Peter Daniels answer the question, "How do you go about getting a pay rise, or a promotion? How do you get ahead in your career?" with a very simple statement... "Be Worth More Than You Are Paid!" he said. This has stuck with me ever since, and it is an attitude that I try to take with me in whatever I am doing. Let's unpack this, and discuss what it really means and how we can go about living it out.
