#8. The Price That We Pay

In this last episode of the Charlie Munger Checklist series, I am going to cover the last element that the legendary investor looks at when determining a potential investment opportunity. "Price is what we pay, value is what we get" is a mantra that we need to be aware of when we are buying the stock or asset of our choice. 

Here, I will share some basic understanding of the various techniques I use on determining the value of a company and most importantly the "Cigar Butt" method that was made famous by Benjamin Graham during the Great Depression of the 1930s. Not all techniques are covered in this episode since its main focus is to give an understanding of the function of valuation in the investment process.
