Glad a politician with a fantastic resume is willing to talk about these topics, and brings facts to the topics. Many politicians like to avoid thsse topics or pass blame. As far as where to send kids to school, public/private/home schooling, I think it is important as a parent to raise their kids in towns with good school systems. Then if they hate the extra tax base, move out when the kids are grown up. But the kicker, areas with weaker school systems seem to have more crime from making those locals start off with a disadvantage.

well spoken
