Finn reports on a roadway cave-in along Bay Street in the Stadium District, outside of the Maxwell House plant. JEA crews have been working since last night to resolve the pipe collapse some 14 feet below the roadway that has resulted in most lanes in the area being closed. No repair resolution ETA is determined yet, so drivers are advised to plan alternate routes for that area TFN.
