At the age of 19, Caroline Hamilton is on a mission to destigmatize the mental health challenges faced by her community members. As she continues to navigate her own mental health struggles, Caroline shares in this episode her story about the launch of her awareness initiative in Hartford, VT. "Hope Happens Here" a mental health awareness organization, remains alive and well at Hartford High School as she departs for the next chapter of her life in college. Throughout this episode Caroline shares the tactical strategies she has learned as she continues to navigate the challenging realities of living through anxiety and depression.
