Nancy started Olympic Crest Insurance in 1995 as a boutique employee benefit focused agency and has continued to grow it ever since. With her extensive experience working with and for employers in the employee benefit area, her mission is to share her knowledges with as many employers as possible to transform their benefit package.

Nancy has earned many industry awards and is a sought after speaker both within and outside of the industry. She is the host of her own podcast “Recipe for Success” which can be found on all major podcast platforms and YouTube.

She is a life-long learner with a desire for constant improvement which is the key ingredient to her success.

When not trying to revolutionize the benefits industry, she can be found spending time with her husband and three dogs or in the kitchen whipping up something fabulous. She is also a reader, lover of puzzles, Peloton, and a good laugh with friends and family.
