  • Create Space for Ancestral Healing, with Inna Segal
    Apr 16 2026

Welcome to 5 Minutes of Peace — a time for you to reflect, recharge, and renew. Five minutes to awaken something within yourself. Created by ThePeaceRoom.love.

In today’s episode, we welcome special guest Inna Segal, intuitive healer and creator of the Ancestral Healing Oracle Deck.

Inna shares why ancestral healing matters — how many of our beliefs, behaviors, and emotional patterns are inherited or unconsciously learned from our family lineage. Through her oracle deck, she invites listeners to reconnect with themselves, honor both the challenges and strengths passed down through generations, and consciously transform what no longer serves.

During this episode, Inna draws a card for our listeners: “Start Living Fully.”

The message speaks to releasing the protective shells formed in childhood — barriers created to avoid pain that can also block connection, intuition, and joy. She explains how unresolved trauma may activate fight, flight, or freeze responses in the emotional body and nervous system, keeping us stuck in fear or self-protection.

Inna guides us through a gentle healing practice, encouraging listeners to:

    • Tune inward and notice where they feel numb or guarded

    • Breathe into areas of protection

    • Listen for the deeper message behind emotional defenses

    • Reflect on how to release old patterns and open the heart to courage and new possibilities

She reminds us that ancestral healing is about recognizing what we’ve carried, honoring where we come from, and choosing to live more fully in the present.

Inna also shares that her work explores themes such as healing relationships with parents, embracing feminine and masculine lineages, meeting the inner child, reclaiming worthiness, and transforming ancestral shadows — offering tools to support becoming the best version of yourself.

  • A Moment of Forgiveness and Possibility, with Wendy Bjork
    Apr 9 2026

Welcome to 5 Minutes of Peace — a time for you to reflect, recharge, and renew. Five minutes to awaken something within yourself.

In today’s episode, we’re joined by special guest Wendy Bjork, founder of Heart of Wellness, who offers a gentle guided meditation titled A Moment of Forgiveness and Possibility.

Wendy invites listeners into a grounded, present-moment practice designed to support self-forgiveness, emotional release, and renewed choice. Through simple awareness of breath and body, she guides us to soften self-judgment and reconnect with our inner agency.

    This meditation encourages you to:

    1. Notice where your body holds tension and where ease already exists
    2. Offer compassion to yourself for past choices and experiences
    3. Release emotional weight that no longer serves you
    4. Reclaim your peace without forcing change
    5. Recognize forgiveness as a way to create space for clarity, possibility, and self-trust

Rather than revisiting old stories, Wendy emphasizes listening to the body and allowing subtle shifts to unfold naturally. Listeners are reminded that forgiveness doesn’t mean excusing or forgetting — it means choosing to free yourself from what’s been carried too long.

The practice closes with a reflection on what feels lighter now, and what new choice feels available in this moment.

Wendy also shares that her work supports women navigating MS and other chronic conditions, offering ongoing guidance and connection through Heart of Wellness.

Thank you for listening, and thank yourself for taking five minutes of peace.

  • Daily Journaling, with Urmi Hossain
    Apr 2 2026

In this episode, we’re joined by Urmi Hossain, a finance professional, author, speaker, and podcast host who shares a simple, grounding practice that’s become a powerful anchor in her busy life: five minutes of daily journaling.

Urmi reflects on how wearing many hats left little space for self-reflection — and how committing to a short, guided journaling practice helped her reclaim quiet time for herself. By choosing a journal with prompts and limiting the practice to just five minutes, she removed the pressure of “doing it perfectly” and focused instead on consistency, presence, and gratitude. To make the ritual feel nourishing, Urmi creates a cozy atmosphere with candlelight and essential oils, transforming a small habit into a meaningful act of self-care.

This episode is a reminder that you don’t need more time — you need a gentler container. Even a few intentional minutes can create space for clarity, reflection, and reconnection with yourself.
