As CEO of the Academy of Creative Coaching and Director of Education for the Institute of Coaching, affiliated with McLean/Harvard Medical School, Dr. Larde spearheads initiatives addressing pressing social issues.

At the forefront of her mission is the Academy of Creative Coaching, distinguished as one of the pioneering black Woman-owned ICF accredited coaching schools globally. Dr. Larde infuses every aspect of the organization with values of belonging, human dignity, justice, and holistic care.
