#393 - The Neighborhood Monster - Arkansas City, Kansas

This week, in Arkansas City, Kansas, a very smart, and popular college girl disappears, and family, friends & police look at one young man for answers, and find even more than they bargained for. They find a person who has been a menace since elementary school. From peeping on neighbor girls, to stalking, and borderline kidnapping, to chasing children in the streets, trying to hit them with belts, when he's not trying to fight old ladies. But this act of awful bloodthirsty violence goes well beyond what anyone could have expected!!

Along the way, we find out that Kansas & Arkansas shouldn't be in the same name, that Subway really needs to rethink their hiring processes, and that it's hard to feel bad for someone, who feels no empathy towards others!!

Amtrak trips

As always another great episode! In the early 80s (about age 7) my grama and I took a train trip from Milwaukee to Topeka via Chicago departure where I was almost kidnapped while in the restroom. And a second trip to Seattle (age 18). In her defense, my grams was deathly afraid to fly.

Arkansas City - SAS not SAW!

Too bad you decided to make a comedy routine of it being named Arkansaw City, rather than doing your research.

It isn't, and never has been Arkansaw! It is ArkansaS City. Even the river name is pronounced ArkansaS River when you hit this vicinity.

Don't know if I want to even finish the video after 28 minutes, because I've heard nothing but two obnoxious guys who can't pronounce the name of the city properly.
