1. You cannot motivate someone who is not motivated
2. To have your best life in business or personally, always surround yourselves with people who are positive, have a great sense of humor or highly motivated, and they are the get things done type people. 
3. Be slow to anger and swift to forgive (I practice 24 hr rule)
4. Learn the ability, rather the humility and be open to change your mind
5. Do you have five friends that you can count on 100%. If you do, nurture those relationships. 
6. There are only two things you can control - Effort and Attitude. You are in 100% control of those regardless of outside forces.
7. You will never ever get looking into the rear-view mirror. Too many people focus on past failures and past challenges, focus on what's Infront of you.
8. Work starter and harder
9. Nothing good happens after midnight
10. When in doubt - Don't

I have been thinking about creating this podcast for the past couple years but never came this far and here it is….4th of July, and I will mark it as one more milestone. I know there is more to give back to the community and most importantly there is a lot of knowledge with CEOs who have been there and done that….. I believe bringing that insight and thought leadership will benefit every agency.

I will scout the Insurance Agency CEOs who have done well for themselves and their organization and ask them the questions that you desire to ask them. Bring the knowledge, playbook, advice and the learnings that they want you to know so you can - Learn from the master and do it faster!

We will try to interview 2 CEOs every month and will try to limit it to 30 minutes as we know your time is valuable but knowledge is invaluable and the goal is to strike the right balance and I believe 30 min is the right balance.
