From only knowing the media side of Blackwater, this is mind opening and I feel really sorry for their organization.

The part where he mentioned he had to jack up his bid by 60% in order to obtain the contract because of the too cheap "uncredible" offer before. I've seen it happen plenty of times before when in DoD. One contractor came up to me and straight up said he was told he had to jack up his bid by tens of thousands of dollars just to be allowed to get it. Profiting for them, disgusting for the rest, especially since we kept being told we had no money for stuff we needed.
