274 - Longlegs (2024) Review

An FBI agent with an odd connection to a serial killer discovers cryptic clues to a pattern of murders that hits close to him.

Longlegs is successful in blending a true crime vibe with the occult and is overshadowed by the creepy and unsettling performance of Nicolas Cage. The film had great marketing efforts to really build up tension and create that ominous mystery that leaves the viewer haunted by the presence and evil depicted by the murders in the movie. Maika Monroe has a standout performance in her effort as the FBI agent assigned to the murders that are spanning through decades. While Longlegs is a movie that will work for some, it may not land the same way for others, but certainly was shot and acted very well. Watch the movie and catch our review.
