26. Choose The Bigger Life

When it's time to make a decision in your life, what is your filter? Mine is a mantra called "Choose the bigger life." I heard about it from Gretchen Rubin years ago. Even got a bracelet made with it as a reminder because I only want to be making choices that expand my life instead of constricting it. That pushes me towards growth instead of stagnation. It's time to ditch the default life and actively choose the bigger one instead.
