What do you feel when your kids misbehave? What emotions come up when you are in public and your child is having a hard moment? (aka meltdown).
Are you feeling uncomfortable? Frustrated? Annoyed? Angry?
Thinking to yourself: What will others think of me? Of course she is throwing a fit right now!
In todays episode I share:
- A recent experience with my toddler having a hard emotional moment
- How I caught my negative thoughts about it
- How I redirected my negative thoughts to empowering thoughts and became the calm for her
- How you can do that as well

I think it’s inspiring and to the point but it’s not scriptural or God centered. I think incorporating scripture to back up the topics and removing words like “freaking” would really make this podcast a lot better especially for moms who are Christian and truly serve the Lord. If it’s going to be Christian based it needs to be grounded by Bible and appropriate words.
Freaking is substitute word from the world.
Some statements like “all the work I put in” removes the Glory that should be given to God. He is the one who transforms and changes and the Holy Spirit is the one who gives us the desires to want to do better, read the word etc because we called upon the name of the Lord. It’s not necessarily our works. Without faith good works is dead.
So I would give God way more credit in these podcasts instead of self credit.
Other than that it sounds like an inspirational podcasts not God centered or biblical.
Hope this helps your podcast grow! Saying everything out of LOVE I promise.
Have a great one. :)
