Great complement to episodes with Dr Becky because of additional insights into attachment styles. I also appreciated the specific generational insights about Gen X parents and their own parents, too.

Clear, compassionate talk about parents and children

Everything about this episode was helpful and relatable. Thank you so much. Good timing, too, the holidays can be extra hard when estrangement is involved.

Pure perfection

I loved this episode as it rings so true for aspects I have been struggling with in my life. This episode helps give me the language and knowledge needed for me to work towards repairing relationships. I have been absolutely paralyzed to repair some family bonds because either I haven't had the confidence or strength to approach. The estrangement within my family feels too common place, and I want to learn how to start communicating in a way not to trigger old pains with my initial words. Thank you.

Reconciliation needed

Irritating narration, buzzwords, over focus on kids vs adults and has way too many ads.

needs better editing
