In 1965 Alice Crimmins became the centre of one of America's most sensational murder trials, accused not only killing her children, but of violating society's expectation of motherhood. Alice's story was shaped as much by misogyny and by mystery. But the question remains, did Alice Crimmins kill her children, or was she a victim of the court of public opinion?

My heart hurts for her! You did a wonderful job telling her story! The shame of those officers/detectives!

Anytime kids are involved it's always tough. The detective had his mind made up as soon as he arrived. If Alice really wanted to be rid of the burden of her children, all she had to do was nothing. Her husband wanted full custody, let him have it.

A tough one
