  • Welcome back to a new Mindful Monday series on Mommy's on a Call. It's been a couple months off from podcasting due to an unexpected surgery, illnesses and well, life. I'll go into my health and surgery later on the podcast, but for now, bringing back an episode from Oct 2020 that I thought is so helpful as we move forward to summer and the rest of the year.

    It's time to revaluate and eliminate those things wasting our time, draining our energy and bringing us down. In order to make space to grow, expand, build and improve, we need to eliminate those energy drains (aka energy vampires) and in this episode, I go through exactly how to do that. Before we can add, we need to subtract and reevaluate.
