On today's podcast episode, Dr. Cheryl Hardy is talking about inner child wounds.
The wounds of a child can be a roller-coaster ride in their emotions as an adult, affect the way they connect with others, and cause generational pain. Every human being needs these three things:
- Do you see me?
- Do you hear me?
- Do I matter?
There are so many people walking this earth who do not feel worthy. They feel that the people who love them do not hear them. It seems that they do not acknowledge them and recognize their skills as if they do not matter. This is so common and heartbreaking. On the podcast, we talked about the four inner child wounds:
- The Guild Wound
- The Abandonment Wound
- The Trust Wound
- The Neglect Wound
