121. A Year In Review

Today I am going to walk you through the process I do each year to wrap up the year, but also to set up the next year. We are going to do a year in review.

The reason this is so important is because your brain does not do a great job keeping track of your accomplishments as well as it does our failures and it’s important to know how far we have come and what we have accomplished this year in order to set the stage for next year.

Your brain is doing its best to keep you in your current self-image, and if you have been with me for a while, you know that growing in your self-image is the key to creating different outcomes, it’s the key to evolving into the person who can create the result, whatever the result is. This is a way to show your brain how far you have come and who you are now. Let's dive in!
