I listen to alot of Dateline, and I have never felt compelled to leave a comment. I am absolutely shocked that two people broke the law and invaded into someone's personal home and the true victim (the homeowner) was convicted of 1st degree murder and sentenced to life in prison. The homeowner shot and killed the intruders which I believe he had every right to. The judge made a poor decision by not allowing evidence that the intruders had broken into the home previously and stole guns, and also broke into other people's homes. The jury did a poor job convicting the homeowner of first degree murder. How can you premeditate someone breaking into your home? And even if you could, the only criminals in this story are the intruders who did it. Period.

I can't believe he was found guilty
