113: Dean Corll "The Candy Man"

From 1970 to 1973, 40 young boys went missing, all from the Houston Heights neighborhood. The police didn't investigate a single case as suspicious, and they didn't learn their true fate until the death of Dean Corll. He went on to be deemed "The Candy Man" and later inspired John Wayne Gacy with his tactics.
