Russell Brand presents Recovery Radio - an on-demand alternative to the conventional 'meeting' - on Zone 1 Radio, the community radio stations for Central London.

Russell talks to real people with compelling stories of addiction, dependency and recovery about how they deal with becoming ‘clean’ and preventing relapses back into addiction. 

The mood of the shows swings from the humorous to the harrowing and can be hard to listen to. Be warned, they also contain some extreme language.
