Perspective Posse is a dynamic podcast hosted by Rissa, a 35-year-old Afro-Latina woman who grew up in small-town Burbank and later moved to Los Angeles. As a half-black, half-Mexican woman, Rissa has experienced the challenges of navigating her unique identity in a predominantly white community, and she understands the need for platforms that cater to the perspectives of women of color.
