Absolutely excellent podcast for anyone who is on WW or who is thinking about WW. Keeps it real, and knows what he’s talking about because he lives it. Definitely worth your time to listen.

Really glad I found this podcast, he is so real and no BS when it comes to weightloss. He definitely hit a lot of points for me, as he has lost 175 lbs and everything he says I can 100% relate to! WW is a life style change and to achieve your goals you abosultly have to change your mind set! Eat in a way that you will eat forever not just for a limited time.
If you are looking to lose weight and KEEP it off then I highly recommend listening to The Ranting Weight Watcher!!
Fan for life! 💪

On this weight loss journey it's great to have someone like Donato that is realistic. Life throws lots of curves. Some of us struggle with a higher weight than is "healthy." a real struggle. Every week there is at least one nugget in these podcasts. Great thanks!!
