Publisher's Summary

Welcome to Los Angeles, birthplace and residence of Tori Spelling. It’s not every Hollywood starlet whose name greets you on a Virgin Airways flight into la-la land. But Tori Spelling has come to accept that her life is a spectacle. Her name is her brand, and business is booming. Too bad that, when your job is to be yourself, you can’t exactly take a break.

Tori finally has everything she thought she wanted - a loving family and a successful career - but trying to live a normal life in Hollywood is a little weird. With the irresistible wit, attitude, and humor that fans have come to love, the New York Times best-selling author shares hilarious, heartwarming, and candid stories of juggling work, marriage, motherhood, and reality television cameras.

If you are a Tori fan this is a must have.

If you are a Tori fan this is a must have. I love Tori Spelling’s audiobooks. Not only is it great to here the book read by Tori but she is actually pretty darn good at it. I have enjoyed all three of Tori’s books and her reality show too. The only complaint I have is they are too short I did not want it to end.

I didn't turn it off.

I enjoyed her first books a lot better. This time i felt she was picking at her husband too much, We all get annoyed with our spouses, about their hobbies and lack of time spent on what we think is important. It just seemed like there was nothing else for her to talk about, so she decided to rip on her husband. but nonetheless, i still bought it and listened to the whole thing. Not bad, but not her most entertaining.

The Least Interesting of Tori's Tales

Would you try another book from Tori Spelling and/or Tori Spelling?

I've listened to them all. Surely one of the signs of the impending end of the world.

Would you be willing to try another book from Tori Spelling? Why or why not?

Her books are easy to listen to and enjoyable but this one seems forced. Not much is happening. It's boring.

Which character – as performed by Tori Spelling – was your favorite?

I said. Then He Said. OMG. This is repeated too many times in the book.

A self-indulgent bore

I enjoyed Spelling's first book. It was a fresh and authentic romp through her youth and early marriage. This book, unfortuantely, captured none of that fun. In fact, I found it self-indulgent and contrived - a total bore. And with all of her fame and fortune, you'd think Spelling would invest in a little elocution.
