Every time I book a routine inspection, the tenant comes up with some excuse as to why I can’t enter the property and it is incredibly frustrating.  The owner of the property is also getting frustrated and can’t understand why I just can’t go in there.  We hold keys but I’m not confident they work and the tenant has expressly forbidden us to enter without her present but keeps cancelling at the last minute.
