Publisher's Summary
Penelope worked at the pet store. She simply loved her job. She loved all of the animals and critters that were there too, especially Zipper. He was her favorite! One day, when she was finished feeding all the animals, Penelope went to Zipper's cage and he wasn't there. She became worried. What happened to Zipper? Did she find her furry friend? What happens at the end? Listen on and find out for yourself! God bless!

My 3 and 4 year olds love it
Any additional comments?
This is a very short book. great for a warmup at bedtime... but not quite long enough to be the bedtime story (at least not for my kids) My 7 year old liked it the first few times and then pulled it from the requests. My 3 and 4 year old both ask for it weeks later. I was provided a review copy of the book by the author or narrator.

Just so so
I wanted to really like this audio book. The author sent it to me free of charge in order to get an honest review. I found the narrative to be to monotone no excitement or childlike qualities to the reading that kept my little ones interested. The story itself sounded like a child wrote it? Nothing stood out about it that would make me say "oh you have to listen to this one" perhaps in this books case the printed copy is better? Sorry I really wanted to find it wonderful. 😔
