I started off really loving it at first. the reader was amusing, writing cute, story had potential. but the I realized it wasn't supposed to be tongue in cheek, and the reader totally totally mismatched the intended story tone.

You think the story is going somewhere, but it doesn't. You think it'll become clever, that these bizarrely cliche characters will develop ingeniously, but they don't. The reader has every character voiced in this self-obsessed high school stoner feel, or preachy learned savant feel.

Sorry, it's just ridiculous. rarely do I get annoyed by a story, but I couldn't wait for this to be over.

Yuck.
