Publisher's Summary

From Asheville to Knoxville, Cannibal Road to the Tomb, Jace Stanford and the Whispering Pines survivors have been on the run and fighting for their lives non-stop.

Now, with the plains to their backs, the crew is just steps away from their destination: The stronghold of Boulder, Colorado. All they have to do is make it through the nightmare that is Denver while running from the mega-powerful, corporate, political, and military consortium. They also have to deal with the brainwashed killing machines that call themselves the Sisters - not to mention, a crazy mad scientist hell bent on making life really, really hard for everyone.

Oh, and there's the issue of the horde of zombies that's close to half a million strong. Yeah, that's kind of a bummer.

But, hey, if anyone can get his friends and family through a nightmare like this, it's Jace Stanford, right? Right?

Okay, they're probably screwed.

Z-Burbia = amazing zombie fiction

I love every book in the Z-Burbia series. This one was a bit bittersweet for me for reasons you'll find out when you get through the series. I can't review any more because I don't want to ruin it.

Not my favorite book in the series

This series has been hilarious and engaging, until now. In the spirit of avoiding spoilers I will simply say that I found far fewer laughs, and for the first time found myself occasionally becoming impatient with the story. This hasn't soured me on future installments of the series, but this book was a disappointment after all the fun I had with the previous five.

Good

What made the experience of listening to Z-Burbia 6: Rocky Mountain Die the most enjoyable?

May be the best series ender in the zombie genre. Wont spoil anything, but it was well done.

Glad its over

Would you try another book from Jake Bible and/or Andrew B. Wehrlen?

NO I loved the other up to cannibal row. From there on the books are just gibber jabber.

What could Jake Bible have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

stop before cannibal row and just skip to the end of this book and wrap it up.

What didn’t you like about Andrew B. Wehrlen’s performance?

Not sure if it was him or the story.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Z-Burbia 6: Rocky Mountain Die?

I would keep the ending and dump the beginning
