Simple in words, but in truth the single biggest factor in success or failure of relationships and development within the youth soccer experience. I want to share with you the knowledge I have accumulated over the last fifty years being involved in youth soccer as a player and coach.
There are many misconceptions in youth soccer development, today's talent is tomorrow's superstar, today's recreation player cannot be a superstar, winning today is a path to college scholarships, paying high club fees can bring success, a coach can properly develop more than one team at the time, to name a few. Knowledge is power and I offer knowledge; the question is do you want the power?
