was not disappointed
I wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm pleasantly surprised at how motivating this audio is. I like being reminded about my thought patterns so that I can correct any self-sabotaging behaviors. Self-sabotaging creeps up on you in the form of procrastination and negative thinking, or judging others instead of focusing on yourself. This audio gets you on the right track with a winning mentality and I just simply LOVE it.
