Joe Arden has a poor females voice

Loved the story and have been waiting for this one. Got and sexy except for when Joe Arden has to narrate Carolines voicxe.

Great second chance love story

I loved this story! I am a fan of second chance romances and what I liked most about this is that there wasn’t a major issue that caused them to break up in the first place. Their entire story felt very “real life” as in this is something that could totally happen to anyone and there was no excessive drama that is put there just to give them a hard time. I would reccomend to everyone!

Predictable, but I did enjoy this audiobook

I have really enjoyed the Bennett family series. It is sweet and tastefully sexy. Joe Arden has a great male voice, but his female voice does not work for me. Layla Hagen is a good writer, and I enjoyed this audiobook, but it was a bit predictable. When Caroline used the term “holy bananas”, I definitely rolled my eyes.

Second-chance romance

This is a sweet second chance romance. I listened to this series over the last few weeks and I really loved building a relationship with the different characters. Daniel was, for some reason, less "known" to me in that I don't think he was as well characterized in prior books. However, I have loved all the Bennett family and Daniel was a good character. I had an issue with the fact that he broke up with Caroline and honestly, I don't know that it was clear why he did it. It made me feel a bit distant from the character.

That said, it was a sweet second-chance romance and it works because Caroline and he had a good relationship since she was still entrenched in his family as she was close with his sisters. I overall also really enjoyed glimpses at the Bennett family, which is a family I wish really existed in real life.

I listened to the audiobook via audible escape (although I previously purchased all the ebooks realizing how much I enjoyed Layla Hagen's writing." As always, Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell were great. There were some forced voices, especially as they played other characters but overall, I enjoyed the whole book and the narration added to the narration.

I love second chance romances! It seems like Daniel and Caroline never stopped loving each other and I loved how they took a chance to try it again. I really loved this couple and their romance. Daniel is a very sweet and loving guy and just easy to love. The Bennett family is a lot a fun to listen to. I loved the narrators. Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell are fantastic as always!
