Recipes are excellent and there is no weighing or counting of calories for most of the time. Superb results, for someone who has little will power at the best of times!!!

Highly recommend

It is a beautifully designed book and I like how each day is divided into sections and features girls in our own community. Highly recommend if you are looking to detox! I do wish it had some new recipes though instead of recipes that nutrition plan members already have.

Overall, I'm glad I got this and know that I'll find inspiration in the ideas and short essays, but if you already own the nutrition plan you may not feel like it's necessary. a lot more depth.
