Great advice for those considering going into a surgical medical specialty

I appreciate the inside view of orthopedic surgery and how challenging and simultaneously rewarding it can be. Lots of the advice provided is valid for all medical and surgical specialties. As a physician myself (medical, not surgical), I appreciated the humor and the truth of a lot of what Dr Chase described. I recommend this book for anyone considering a surgical medical career.
