A beautiful read for anyone feeling stuck

I was hesitant to read this book at first, because of title felt too real, but I do believe that God sent it my way to encourage me to come back to HIM. At first, I thought the author would be too different from me for me to relate, but I see that the story and her words is something that we can all learn from. I’m happy she wrote this and it makes me happy that I’m going through my season of waiting,

A perfect book if you’re in this season

The author reaffirms the omniscience of God and that He is actively involved in our lives even when we don’t see Him in our land of limbo moments. The scripture references are spot on. Excellent work!

Relatable

From beginning to end, the words become completely alive! It felt like it described how and what I am experiencing at this moment in my life. Amazing and helpful at the same time.

So encouraging!

The author does a fantastic job being realistic and encouraging. So much of the book focused on personal stories of herself and her friends who, despite all being in vastly different life chapters, all could relate to the idea of feeling behind. I’ll definitely be rereading this!

Unexpected

As a married, Mom of 4 teens I wasn’t sure this book was for me but it was. While circumstances may not fit exactly the message, and the heart struggles still do. Also a great one to pass on to my girls!
