An in-depth overview of yoga.

I like the intro of this audiobook. It tackles more on how yoga can benefit a person who’s under stress always. Peter Cook has shared stress-reducing technique poses and they’re discussed in detail. The book has a little twist of wit that’s why it has my full attention.

Refreshes one's body, mind, and soul.

I’m beginning to love yoga culture now! This pumping book refreshes one’s mind, body, and soul plus the narrator’s voice was very energetic. It fits the book well.

Makes a big difference.

There’s a chapter that I totally like. The negative common perception we have about stress is straightened out. Having a healthful response to stress and finding ways to relieve stress like yoga will make a big difference

it works!

A perfect introduction to simple yoga poses. It feels satisfying what yoga can do to our life and work. How it can re-capture the long-lost tranquility in my life. I believe this is one of the reasons why yoga become an attractive thought to me.

One beginner-friendly book.

A beginner-friendly book! Now I can practice the yoga poses suggested in the convenience of my home. The book has spoken about the de-stressing benefits a yogi can achieve. Amazing thing is, do it for 5 minutes can already reshape one’s future!
