Don’t Waste Your Time

Too much talk and no action. I have been to several Yoga Nidra classes and they are awesome and so relaxing- There was very little actual guided practices where you could do at home. This was not helpful to me. Best practice: pamper yourself at a neighborhood yoga studio.

Quick, easy, and informative

This book doesn't just throw you into something you know nothing about but slowly starts off by introducing yoga and explaining all the benefits of doing it.This book is great for the beginners because you get slowly immersed into the poses and the best way to do them. Disappointing

I was hoping for guided meditations. This is just somebody droning on about the virtues of sleep mediation in strange poor English. It is repetitive, there are some inappropriate words used and the words "as well" at the end of nearly every sentence! An extremely annoyng audiobook. It's a shame because Harriet Seed does have an easy voice to listen to. It is the content that is poor.

Narration is very good.

I look forward to doing this practice many more times. he gives this ancient practice a psychological twist which, I feel, will be very helpful in daily life. he has a lovely voice too, clear and engaging, kind and calm, instilling confidence and trust.

most lovely book..

Wonderful guided walk into equanimity. Leaves me with balance and clarity and calmness. Nice tool to use when I experience the “friction” or confusion of emotion. It leaves me standing in stability.
