Yoga Nidra Meditation

There are many audible books and programs designed to help one relax and sleep. I’ve tried several. This one works for me every time. My only complaint is trying to locate my AirPod’s case in the morning.

Great guided meditation

This is a favorite guided meditation for me. I have listened to it several times to help me relax and eventually fall asleep. The narrator’s voice is calming and not airy or breathy (I can’t think of a better word to describe). I respond better to guided meditations where people talk in a way that is less theatrical and more like their regular speaking voice. I listened to several samples before downloading this one. Let me save you the trouble if what I’m saying resonates with you. Also like the Mindful Movement on Youtube if you need other suggestions.

Silk and Honey to my ears

This Yoga Nidra meditation was beautifully executed.
I was feeling wired and overtired when I put it on, and it managed to calm my mind and centre me so well that I couldn't tell you how it ended because I fell fast asleep, which is exactly what I wanted!
Rae Wallace's voice is like silk and honey to my ears. So calm and relaxing. Perfectly paced for the meditation and the background music was perfectly pitched to the words.
Cannot recommend this enough. 5*

Disappointing

A constant background interference noise!
Very distracting and frustrating- I would not recommend this as nidra is supposed to be relaxing.
