Useless
If you spent the two hours plus laying in a tanning bed, you would be contributing more toward your electoral victory than wasting it listening to these useless self-help platitudes.

Vacuous
This book read like a table of contents of many other books, or like a shopping list ... there is no thought behind any statement, no discussion of ant “instruction” ... just a list: do this, do that, avoid that...
I found it useless
