Best Book!!

this book makes sense. I've been through every diet, lost thousands of pounds, gained them all back. I even had the Gastric Sleeve surgery. I lost 150lbs...but alas my CBE and my weakness has caused me to gain back most of it.....

Excellent easy book!!

I bought this book based on a recommendation from my nutritionist. It's been very helpful. Recovering from eating disorders is hard, regardless of the program, but it helps when the program is so easy to understand it it makes perfect sense.

Very nice book!

Every woman should listenthis book. Yes, it is about eating, but the principles and ideas behind intuitive eating can be applied to every aspect of your life. I have learned so much from this book.

This book is beautiful!!

Really helpful. My weight does seem to have crept up some but I’ve been reassured that this is normal and takes 12-18 months for weight to stabilize. I’ve marked my calendar and will try to update further down the road.

Exceptional book!!

The human body is an amazing machine, through years many of us lose touch with it after dieting, not listening to it, and so on. This is a very special book because it's about getting back in touch with your body and yourself.

This book is great!!

I don't feel it's a weight loss book whatsoever. It's more of an awareness/mindfulness book. It helps with binge eating and emotional eating. But don't think of it as a weight fix.

Must listen this book!!

This book is truly helping me to revamp my relationship with food and change in my eating habits. I am so very grateful for the insights offered and am working on implementing the suggested changes in how I view food and eating into my life. Very interesting! Highly recommend this to anyone who is questioning what do I need to be eating!!

AWFUL! What's intuitive about counting calories?

I bought this on the basis that the first intuitive eating book was brilliant but this one is terrible.

Firstly, the narration is really samey, almost like the woman talking doesn't really know what she's talking about, so just uses the same rhythm of speaking so I find myself zoning out a lot!

Secondly, for a book that is meant to be about eating intuitive it talks a hell of a lot about calories and avoiding fat and adding all these rules into your eating. Very much like a diet! it reminds me of the old fashioned 'make sure to trim the fats off your food, use water instead of oil when cooking' bla Bla Bla rubbish. Very archaic in its way of thinking and nothing like the first book which was much more about looking into the psychology of eating. I couldn't get past the first few chapters as the narrators voice was so boring and the diet type talk seemed so outdated

Nice Tune!!

I didn't realize how out of whack and disordered my relationship with food had become. Amazing Guidebook!!

Has opened up my eyes so much! My anxiety about eating has almost completely disappeared and I’m able to walk away from foods I used to inhale and finish without a thought to my level of fullness. I’m also craving and enjoying more vegetables than I ever have in my life oddly enough
