El libro tiene 20 capítulos y el audiobook tiene solo 3 capítulo y no es suficiente más bien no es nada. Me gustaría que lo hiciera el libro completo. A si me quede con ganas de saber todo lo que está en el libro porque este audiobook no está completo!

Excelente libro
Me gusto mucho el libro y su contenido, me callaron muchos 20s y ahora me descubro a mi mismo como un codependiente dispuesto a salir de ahí con los consejos de la autora.
Lo que no me encanto es la forma como lo redacta la autora al español, quizás debería de poner menos emoción y hacerlo más plano para que cada quien interprete o ponga la emoción que vibra con cada uno.
