Publisher's Summary

The follow-up to the Wall Street Journal best-seller Outrage.

Those who hunt monsters must be careful not to become monsters themselves.

In another life, before human traffickers murdered her husband and stole her children, Faith McMann was a wife, mother, and teacher. Now she has become Furious, a merciless avenger on a deadly mission to retrieve her young son and daughter, no matter the cost.

Aided by unlikely but steadfast allies, the giant Beast and fragile Rage, Faith plunges ever deeper into a sickening underworld of sexual exploitation and slavery with steel-forged determination and righteous anger.

In this powerful, suspenseful conclusion to the Faith McMann trilogy, Faith is haunted by questions: Even if her children are recovered, will they be broken beyond repair? What terrible sacrifices will their rescue require? What are the limits of loyalty and love in a world that preys on innocents? And after her brutal awakening to the darkest aspects of human nature, what will remain of her own self?

Excellent Ending

Kate Rudd makes the characters come alive. You feel every emotion not just in the protagonists, but in the evil characters as well. I would love another story following up, but all in all, the main story was wrapped up. I will never forget Furious, Rage, Beast.... I imagine the future stories of each character. T.R. Ragan is an amazing story teller and she opens your eyes to issues that could be happening right under your noses.

Sorry this series is done but can't wait...

To see what T R Ragan will come up with next.
This was an excellent book. This is the third and final of this series which must be read in the order they were written. If you haven't read them please do if you have them you already know this is a story about human trafficking. The boys are sold for labor, the girls are sold into the sex industry.
The characters are great. All use aliases because they are involved in illegal activity trying to rescue these kids. Activities the police would not look kindly on, but what would you do to save your abducted child?
There was one part of the book that actually got me choked up and not too many books can do that to me!
Kate Rudd did an excellent job narrating.
This book is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Good trilogy

I liked this trilogy because it is a real problem in today’s world. It could happen like this. God forbid. There but for the Grace of God- go I.

Way to end a series!

Excellent series! What a great way to end a trilogy of truly great stories. Or should I say story. This is NOT a stand alone novel. If you have not read the first two in this one, stop and read them first. The books are really one longer story broken into three parts. Such great writing! The characters were nearly perfect, and I found myself routing for them right from the start. There are some stretches of reality in the plot, but overall it was so great that I just didn't care. Kate Rudd is an acquired taste, but I love her and always enjoy hearing her read. Loved it!

Balled like a baby.

Great trilogy and glad she wrote it to bring attention to the sickening crime of human trafficking.

Great 3rd book

Finally!!! This 3rd installment is by far the best of the series. It was suspenseful, engrossing and well written. The main characters went through a lot of ups and downs and forward and backwards progress in the search for Faith' s daughter. It definitely brings more awareness about human trafficking. It made me 😃, laugh and cry. It was that deeply moving.

A great sequel!

A great follow-up to the first book FURIOUS. All loose ties seems to have been tied up. I am quite curious what the third book in this series will be about. I am going to start it right now. And as always Kate Rudd, my favorite narrator, did a splendid job. My bad this book WAS the third in this series. Poor me, no more in this series to read. but Ms Ragan has many more to choose from. I hope you enjoy this series as much as I have

Heart wrenching

This trilogy was by far the best I’ve listened to. It really made me think of what goes on all around us and to be aware!

Thought provoking

I have just finished the trilogy and find it hard to believe it isn't a true story. The narration is superbe. Sensitive and so easy to differentiate the characters. They remained in my mind when reading the hard copy. Gripping, thrilling, funny at times and heart rending. Can't recommend it enough.

Long awaited third book of the series

Finally got to finish the series! Well written with all the ingredients for a good thriller. Original, believable and likeable characters made for a smooth read. Hats have to be off for the awareness raised into the real life horror that is child trafficking. Whilst we know this is a fictional story, we are reminded of the poor souls who do end up in this unimaginable hell. The 3 books of the series also meant the author could take a respectful amount of time to take the story through all its twists and turns naturally, at its own pace. Highly recommend.

Superb!!!

It connects with the families of missing children - their pain. Can you imagine if your child was snatched and sold?? Horrific but hugely informational. Please read- it may save a child's life.

An excellent trilogy

Well worth your credits. The narration is excellent giving life to all the characters in this audio book 😇 But we must remember that happy endings do not happen in this life for those touched by this terror. 😇
