Never disappoints

I love every book she has written takes me to other place struggle lbut most of all love - I also love the reader he reads as if he is the characters of female or male just love

Okay story

Not the most elegant writing but good enough. Excellent narration. Enjoyed reading it. Would read another by the author.

Just okay

Interesting beginning… then pretty boring and predictable. Listening to the whole story was a challenge.

Loved it!

Read in one sitting. No explicit sex scenes. Simply amazing writing ability. Beautiful story of an old man’s dream and a legacy passed down. The ups and downs that kept the legacy. The struggles of balancing a personal life and a business life. Narration was great.

Nice story of love and devotion to family history

I haven’t read a Danielle Steel book in ages, but I thoroughly enjoyed this one. A nice love story.

Too much repetition

The book isn’t terrible but oh my, the author repeated the same facts ad nauseam, particularly in the first chapters. It was predictable, but I finished it, and most enjoyed the descriptions of the store. It brought back images of the Mr. Selfridge series.

Business And Pleasure

This is a great story about two savvy business people that don’t know they need more in their lives. Mike and Spencer have definitely met their match when it comes to stubbornness. Narrator does a great job.

Loved it greatly

As always, Daniel steel gave me the best for my money. It was a beautiful little story. I loved it. Can’t wait to read another one.
