Publisher's summary

In the 1950s, teenagers listened to rock and roll in their hotrods cruising to the drive-in, imitating Elvis Presley and James Dean. Other young guys had secret longings, kept muscle magazines under their beds, and dreamed of Elvis and Dean kissing them and more.

The story Hotrod & Little Cowboy introduced best friends Ken and Brad as they discovered they are both into hot guys and each other. In this second story, Brad reveals hidden talents creating his sexy comic book heros WonderGuy and QuestionBoy…inspired by he and his lover.

But the secret lovers have challenges in their relationship as Ken wants the two of them to live together! Ken wants to use his outgoing nature to help Brad's career grow. Brad worries about their hidden sexuality being discovered, but he can't live without their passion.

More Cute Sophomoric Retro Gay First Love

‘WonderGuy & QuestionBoy’ by Guy Veryzer and X.J. Talbot, narrated by Guy Veryzer, continues the 1950s retro Ken & Brad Gay First Love Series in the same clever, cute sophomoric way as the first book, ‘Hot Rod & Little Cowboy’.

This story too is filled with innuendo and teenage slang for the male anatomy. But this time Ken and Brad realize the joy that can occur from living out t their comic book hero fantasies.

Early on Ken and Brad meet in a comic book store and discover that their fathers work for the same corporation - although the two boys are definitely from different sides of the track.

They quickly bond over their own comic book heroes, WonderGuy and QuestionBoy, and discover the strong sexual feelings they have for each other.

In this second short, short story of the series, Veryzer’s sing-song narration almost continues to work. From time to time, though, his gruff, deep throated narration for one of the two boys, is definitely off key.

Couple ‘WonderGuy & QuestionBoy’ with the first audiobook in this series, ‘Hot Rod & Little Cowboy’, and you have two hours of erotic historical gay romance listening perfect for a leisurely afternoon walk.
