good but

when you buy a recorded meditation you expect the performer not to stumble over words repeat himself and act distracted here and there disappointed in that

Loving this but…

I can’t even tell you what I’m listening to. I have such an amazing deep sleep that I fall into quickly after pressing play. I wake up feeling like I’ve had an extra restorative sleep. My only gripe is I wish there was a contents list available to quickly identify whichever mediation you choose. Today I’m going to have to listen to the whole thing and take note of start and end times. Until now I’ve just hit go on the last chapter. It’s so good though!
