As a former pilates instructor, I've really enjoyed having this book on audible. I can listen and set up and get to my workout. My wife isn’t super into fitness, but the video walkthroughs made this really easy for her. She liked being able to watch someone do the moves first, then follow along. The drawings in the PDF helped her remember the steps when she didn’t want to watch the videos again. She says it’s low-impact but still effective. But never tried this. I liked the style of the book, it was well written and the exercises are easy to follow. It explains the benefits of the exercises and is great for beginners. If you are thinking of trying well Pilates this is a great book to get you started
