Hey, I’m LaToya. A single mom of 4, Life and Emotional Resilience coach, and fellow highly sensitive introvert. I spent years believing my emotions were a problem to fix and that I just needed to be less sensitive.

I thought I had to push through the emotional exhaustion and burnout, stuff my emotions, and keep it together no matter what, even when I was falling apart inside.

But journaling changed everything. It helped me stop the emotional spiral and finally feel safe being myself.

I created simple journaling routines that support my nervous system, creativity, and need for deep rest and a slower pace. And now, I’m here to share it with you!

If you’re ready to stop stuffing your feelings, snapping under pressure, or feeling like your emotions are too much…

If you’re craving calm, clarity, and connection without losing who you are as an HSP and introvert…

And if you want to feel more grounded and less drained by daily life …

This podcast is for you.

  • 127 | Your Journaling Routine Isn't Working For You -- Try This Instead
    Mar 10 2026

Have you ever promised yourself you’d start journaling daily — only to stop after a few days?

If you’re a highly sensitive introvert looking for how to journal daily without feeling overwhelmed, this episode is for you.

Journaling for anxiety, emotional regulation, and self-awareness can be powerful — but perfectionism, emotional avoidance, and lack of structure often make it hard to stay consistent.

In this episode, I’m breaking down:

    • why HSPs start and stop journaling
    • how emotional overwhelm affects consistency
    • what a sustainable journaling routine actually looks like
    • and how to create a gentle structure that supports nervous system regulation

You’ll learn a simple 3-part journaling framework you can use in 5–10 minutes a day, plus how to create a low-energy version for hard days.

If you’ve been searching for how to start journaling, how to journal daily, or how to build a journaling routine that supports emotional regulation, this episode will help you create consistency without pressure.

  • 126| 5 Journaling Prompts to Help Your Declutter Your Emotions as an HSP
    Mar 3 2026

Do you ever lie awake at night replaying conversations and wondering if you said too much?

If you’re a highly sensitive introvert who struggles with overthinking, you’re not alone. What feels like “processing” is often emotional clutter that hasn’t been fully released.

Overthinking can feel productive — but it actually keeps your nervous system activated and makes it harder to regulate emotions.

In this episode, I’m sharing structured journaling prompts to help you stop spiraling and start managing emotions in a healthier way. We’ll talk about the difference between rumination and emotional processing, why highly sensitive people hold onto emotional residue longer, and how to journal about emotions so they don’t keep looping in your mind.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • identify what you’re still carrying
    • name the emotion underneath the thoughts
    • release what no longer serves you
    • reduce mental overwhelm
    • create emotional clarity

If you’ve been searching for journaling prompts to stop overthinking or wondering how to manage your emotions without suppressing them, this episode will give you a practical place to start.

  • 125 | STOP Oversharing to Feel Connected! Do This Instead
    Feb 24 2026

Many introverts crave deep connection but feel drained or exposed by emotional closeness. In this episode, I’m redefining emotional intimacy — not as oversharing or emotional overexposure, but as safety, steadiness, and mutual presence.

We’ll talk about how highly sensitive introverts experience connection differently, why emotional boundaries are essential for healthy relationships, and how community and friendships can feel supportive instead of overwhelming. This episode is not about romance — it’s about building meaningful connection in ways that respect your emotional energy.

If you want deeper relationships without emotional burnout, pressure, or guilt, this conversation will help you rethink what emotional intimacy really means — and how to create it at a pace that feels safe for you.
