Favorite brought to life!
I absolutely loved this story and series growing up and getting to hear it brought to life with Full Cast Audio makes me so happy! I’m off to buy and listen to the next in the series!

The story is full of wonderful Characters.
I liked the way the full cast voices bring the characters to life. The character’s voices make me imagine how they might look and move. Makes me think of their personalities.

Great as always!

Old Classic, wish they had done it differently.
Tamora Pierce is an old favorite and I love her stories dearly. I just dislike the cast reading of this. It's a general dislike I have of all audiobooks. Very rarely does it work for me, and it really didn't here. I'm sad, but I guess if you don't mind many people speaking at you, then it works out fine.

Well -voiced and enjoyable. A great story for all.
Having read this story many times over the years, I am finding a new enjoyment with the audible version. The actors represent their parts wonderfully. If you struggle to get your tweenager to read, this series might do the trick. With all of the animals involved, it might even be worth starting with this one instead of the first book in the series. Don't just let them listen though! Get them to read along as it might help them to become readers for enjoyment, not because they have to. (So requests a long time teacher!) And who knows, with all of the great books that Tamora has written, they might become lovers of books! One can only hope!
